The Toughest Chicano
Joe Kapp is a well-known and highly respected personality inthe United States, Canada and the Bay Area.
Kapp led the Minnesota Vikings to their first-ever divisional
title and playoff game in 1968 and the following year guided
the Vikings to Super Bowl IV against the Kansas City Chiefs.
In 1964, Kapp led the CFL British Columbia Lions to their
first Grey Cup win, and earned a spot in the CFL Hall of Fame.
He is the only player to quarterback in an NFL Super Bowl,
CFL Grey Cup and NCAA Rose Bowl games. And Kapp is the last

The What Do You Want To Be Foundation (WDYWTB) is a new 501(c)(3) organization that embodies the beliefs, values, and passion that its founding executive director, Joe Kapp, has practiced throughout his athletic, business, and public service careers. WDYWTB has enlisted a number of Joe’s long-term colleagues to assist in the implementation of sanctioned local programs that focus on youth development, education, and healthcare support. The individuals that make up the coach/advisory corps variously represent highly seasoned business, education, and other professional skills important to the leadership and success of the foundation.
